• You already checked your points within the last 24 hours. For spam prevention, balance checks are limited to once per day.
• Your phone number is not enrolled with any business using Snap Loyalty, or it was entered incorrectly by the business.
• The business you enrolled with is blocked due to restricted words in its name, either by our system or the mobile carrier.
• The phone number you entered is incorrect or includes a country code. Please try again without it.
• You previously opted out of our messages by replying “STOP”. To check your balance or opt back in, email your name and phone number to team@snaployaltyapp.com
